This involves a walk to their premises, where you're left to wait for an employee who might be dealing with excessive workloads and limited compensation. You're handed a contract to read and sign, before finally receiving the keys, adding a touch of frustration to an already challenging situation

You reach your car and notice it's not the car you booked. It has an empty tank of gas and it squeaks. So now you are on your way to fill the tank and while you drive towards the hotel the squeaking noise becomes more and more annoying and your trip is ruined.

We want with Nex Auto dApp to achieve no human interaction and leaves no room for human mistakes. You reserve a car, walk next to it, open it with the smartphone and just drive.
